A BILL

To enact section 5533.689 of the Revised Code to

designate the interchange of State Route 15 and

State Route 37 in Hancock County as the "Patrolman

David L. Sterner Memorial Interchange."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That section 5533.689 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.689.  The interchange of state route number fifteen	7
and state route number thirty-seven in Hancock county shall be	8
known as the "Patrolman David L. Sterner Memorial Interchange."	9

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers at	10
the interchange indicating its name.	11
