To enact section 5533.763 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of United States Route 62 in 2
Knox County as the "Army Staff Sgt. Shamus O. 3
Goare Memorial Highway."4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1.  That section 5533.763 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows:6

       Sec. 5533.763.  That portion of the road known as United 7
States route sixty-two, commencing in the village of Millwood in 8
Knox county and extending in a northeasterly direction to the 9
boundary of Knox and Holmes counties, shall be known as the "Army 10
Staff Sgt. Shamus O. Goare Memorial Highway."11

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 12
along the highway indicating its name.13
