BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5.45 of the Revised Code be enacted | 4 |
to read as follows: | 5 |
Sec. 5.45. The week that includes September 11 and September | 6 |
17 each year is designated as patriot week, to bring to mind the | 7 |
terrorist attack of September 11, 2001, and to commemorate the | 8 |
signing of the Constitution of the United States on September 17, | 9 |
1787. Patriot week is to encourage Ohioans to renew their | 10 |
appreciation of and reverence for the United States. | 11 |
