A BILL
To enact section 5.083 of the Revised Code to adopt 1
the buckeye as the official candy of the state.2


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5.083 of the Revised Code be enacted 3
to read as follows:4

       Sec. 5.083.  The buckeye, which is a confection of a peanut 5
butter mixture dipped in chocolate, is hereby adopted as the 6
official candy of the state.7
