BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
| Section 1. That section 5.083 of the Revised Code be enacted | 3 |
| to read as follows: | 4 |
| Sec. 5.083. The buckeye, which is a confection of a peanut | 5 |
| butter mixture dipped in chocolate, is hereby adopted as the | 6 |
| official candy of the state. | 7 |
