BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.641 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
Sec. 5533.641. That portion of the road known as State Route | 7 |
sixty-five, running in a northeasterly and southwesterly direction | 8 |
in Wood County between the intersection of that route with | 9 |
Rockledge drive and the intersection of that route with Bates | 10 |
road, shall be known as the "Staff Sergeant Bradley C. Hart | 11 |
Memorial Roadway." | 12 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 13 |
along the roadway indicating its name. | 14 |
