BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 1109.051 of the Revised Code be | 7 |
enacted to read as follows: | 8 |
Sec. 1109.051. A bank shall not impose a minimum balance | 9 |
requirement, monthly fee, or any other limitation or charge for | 10 |
providing check cashing and bill processing services in connection | 11 |
with any deposit account opened by a customer of the bank for | 12 |
personal use on or after the effective date of this section. | 13 |
