Bill Title: To require the court clerk to promptly give written notice to the county sheriff and chief law enforcement officer of the political subdivision in which a person accused of an offense of violence will reside as a condition of bail if the offense was not committed in that political subdivision and to require the Adult Parole Authority to give similar notice to the chief law enforcement officer of the political subdivision in which an inmate who served a prison term for an offense of violence and is on parole or post-release control establishes a residence if not the political subdivision in which that offense was committed.
