Summary

To amend section 4303.292 of the Revised Code to prevent the issuance or transfer of a retail liquor permit if the place for which the permit is sought is so situated that it will substantially and adversely affect the normal, orderly conduct of a nursing home or childcare center and to prevent issuing or transferring the location of a retail liquor permit if the number of existing permits in the neighborhood is such that the issuance or transfer would be detrimental to and interfere with public morals, safety, or welfare.
