Summary
To amend sections 109.73, 109.77, 109.79, 109.80, 4117.10, and 5503.05 and to enact sections 109.805, 109.806, and 2933.84 of the Revised Code to prohibit police officers from engaging in biased policing and other status-based profiling, and to require the attorney general's office to establish rules regarding such police practices.
