Summary

To amend sections 313.02, 313.10, 313.12, 313.161, 325.15, 2335.061, 4723.431, and 4730.19 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing coroners and death certificates and to amend the version of section 4723.431 of the Revised Code that is scheduled to take effect on September 30, 2024, to continue the change on and after that date.
