Summary

To amend sections 5739.02, 5741.02, 5741.03, and 5751.03 and to enact sections 5739.20 and 5751.031 of the Revised Code to earmark new Ohio use tax collections by remote sellers for the purposes of paying back amounts borrowed by the state from the federal government to issue unemployment benefits and reducing the rates of the sales and use tax and commercial activity tax.
