Summary
To amend sections 4511.01, 4511.04, 4511.213, 5501.03, and 5525.16 of the Revised Code to authorize the Director of Transportation to enter into an agreement or contract with any entity to establish a traveler information program to provide real-time traffic conditions and travel time information at no cost to the traveler, to require motor vehicle operators to take certain actions upon approaching a highway maintenance vehicle, and to modify the standard for determining the amount of the performance and payment bonds for certain Department of Transportation contracts.
