Summary

To amend sections 3313.60, 3313.6011, 3314.03, and 3326.11 and to enact sections 5.2266, 3301.24, and 3313.6016 of the Revised Code to require public schools to provide concentrated instruction in substance abuse prevention during May, to require the State Board of Education to adopt guidelines for the development of a substance abuse prevention curriculum, and to designate May as "Substance Abuse Awareness and Education Month."
