Summary
To amend sections 321.24, 5715.27, and 5717.02 and to enact sections 1515.12 and 5709.30 of the Revised Code to exempt qualifying riparian buffers in the Western Basin of Lake Erie from property taxation, to reimburse local taxing units for resulting revenue losses, and to require soil and water conservation districts to assist landowners with the creation and maintenance of riparian buffers.
