Summary

To amend sections 2152.20, 2152.21, 4507.05, 4507.071, 4508.02, 4510.311, 5747.08, and 5747.98 and to enact section 5747.86 of the Revised Code to lower the age at which a juvenile may obtain a temporary instruction permit, to require defensive driver training as a prerequisite to receiving a driver's license, to alter the penalties for certain first-time juvenile traffic offenders, and to authorize an income tax credit for younger drivers who voluntarily take a defensive driving course.
