To enact section 105.43 of the Revised Code to require that entrance passes issued to lobbyists by the Capitol Square Review Advisory Board be in the form of identification badges, which must be worn by the lobbyists whenever they are on capitol square, and to require that lobbyists carry cards containing certain information and show the cards to General Assembly members upon their request.
