        Introduced  by  Sen.  GOLDEN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Social Services
        AN ACT to amend chapter 58 of the laws of 2010 relating  to  fair  share
          payments by certain child care providers, in relation to extending the
          expiration date of certain provisions thereof
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Section 2 of part H of chapter  58  of  the  laws  of  2010
     2  relating  to  fair  share  payments  by certain child care providers, as
     3  amended by chapter 378 of the laws  of  2013,  is  amended  to  read  as
     4  follows:
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire September
     6  30,  [2016] 2019 when upon such date the provisions of this act shall be
     7  deemed repealed.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
