STATE OF NEW YORK ________________________________________________________________________ 6715 2019-2020 Regular Sessions IN SENATE September 13, 2019 ___________ Introduced by Sen. LITTLE -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Rules AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to designating St. Regis river as an inland waterway for the purposes of waterfront revitaliza- tion The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu- 2 tive law, as amended by chapter 499 of the laws of 2018, is amended to 3 read as follows: 4 (b) the state's major rivers comprised of the Allegheny, Ausable, 5 Battenkill, Black, Boquet, Bronx, Canisteo, Chaumont (including Chaumont 6 bay), Chemung, Chenango, Cohocton, Delaware, Deer, Genesee, Grasse, 7 Great Chazy, Hoosic, Hudson north of the federal dam at Troy, Indian, 8 Little (in the Adirondack park), Little Ausable, Little Salmon (includ- 9 ing north and south branches), Mad, Mettowee, Mohawk, Oswegatchie, Oswe- 10 go, Pocantico, Racquette, Sacandaga, Salmon, Saranac, Saw Mill, Schroon, 11 St. Regis, Susquehanna, Tenmile, Tioga, Tioughnioga, Wallkill and 12 Buffalo rivers, and the north and middle branches of the Moose river; 13 § 2.
