       Introduced  by  Sen. ADDABBO -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
         printed to be committed to the Committee on Racing, Gaming and  Wager-
         ing
       AN  ACT  to  amend the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law, in
         relation to capping the salaries of certain not-for-profit corporation
         executives
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.  The  racing,  pari-mutuel  wagering  and  breeding law is
    2  amended by adding a new section 202-c to read as follows:
    3    S 202-C. SALARIES OF CERTAIN FRANCHISE EXECUTIVES.  ANY  EXECUTIVE  OF
    4  ANY  NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION WHICH HAS A FRANCHISE AGREEMENT TO OPER-
    5  ATE FRANCHISE RACETRACKS IN THE STATE SHALL HAVE A SALARY NOT TO  EXCEED
    6  ONE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS.
    7    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
