GRISANTI, MAZIARZ -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government -- committee discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee AN ACT to amend chapter 824 of the laws of 1933 relating to creating the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority, in relation to the occurrence of the cessation of the powers, jurisdiction and duties of the board of such authority THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Section 13 of chapter 824 of the laws of 1933 relating to 2 creating the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority, as amended 3 by chapter 645 of the laws of 1970, is amended to read as follows: 4 S 13. On July first, [two thousand and twenty] NINETEEN HUNDRED NINE- 5 TY-TWO, or when all of the bonds issued by the board hereunder shall 6 have been paid in full or shall have otherwise been discharged, whichev- 7 er shall be later, the powers, jurisdiction and duties of the board 8 shall cease and the property and assets acquired and held by it within 9 the state of New York shall thereafter be under such jurisdiction, 10 authority or agency as the state of New York may hereafter designate by 11 law, and the assets and property acquired or held by it within Canada 12 shall be under such jurisdiction, authority or agency as Canada may 13 designate. 14 S 2.
