         when printed to be committed to the Committee on Finance
       AN ACT to amend the state finance law, in relation to  aid  to  eligible
         municipalities within the county of Nassau
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Subdivision 4 of section 54-1 of the state finance  law  is
    2  renumbered  subdivision  5  and  a new subdivision 4 is added to read as
    3  follows:
    4    4. NOTWITHSTANDING SUBDIVISIONS ONE, TWO, AND THREE OF  THIS  SECTION,
    5  AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-ONE MILLION DOLLARS SHALL BE ALLOCATED IN
    6  AID PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION TO ELIGIBLE MUNICIPALITIES WITHIN THE COUN-
    7  TY OF NASSAU AS FOLLOWS:
    8    A.  AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SEVEN MILLION DOLLARS TO THE TOWN OF HEMP-
    9  STEAD, NO LESS OF WHICH SHALL BE DIRECTED EQUALLY TO THE  UNINCORPORATED
   10  ASSOCIATIONS  OF ELMONT AND BELLEROSE TERRACE FOR ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY
   11  DEVELOPMENT;
   12    B. AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO MILLION  DOLLARS  TO  THE  ELMONT  FREE
   13  SCHOOL DISTRICT;
   14    C.  AN  AMOUNT  NOT  TO  EXCEED  TWO  MILLION  DOLLARS  TO  THE FLORAL
   15  PARK-BELLEROSE UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT;
   16    D. AN AMOUNT, NOT TO EXCEED  TWO  MILLION  DOLLARS  TO  THE  SEWANHAKA
   17  CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT;
   18    E.  AN  AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS
   19  TO THE VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK FOR ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT;
   20    F. AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS TO  BELLEROSE
   21  VILLAGE FOR ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT; AND
   22    G.  AN  AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FIVE MILLION DOLLARS TO NASSAU COUNTY, NO
   23  LESS OF WHICH SHALL BE DIRECTED EQUALLY TO  THE  UNINCORPORATED  ASSOCI-
   24  ATIONS  OF  ELMONT,  BELLEROSE  TERRACE, THE VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK, AND
   25  BELLEROSE VILLAGE FOR ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
   26    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
