SEWARD -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Civil Service and Pensions AN ACT to grant Angelo Gigliotti eligibility for permanent appointment as a full-time police officer with the police department of the city of Little Falls, in the county of Herkimer THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Notwithstanding any provision of paragraph (a) of subdivi- 2 sion 1 of section 58 of the civil service law, Angelo Gigliotti, who has 3 been continuously employed as a part-time police officer by the police 4 department of the city of Little Falls, in the county of Herkimer, since 5 August 5, 2010, and who is over the age of 35, shall be eligible for 6 permanent appointment in the competitive class of civil service as a 7 full-time police officer of the police department of the city of Little 8 Falls, if he shall at the time of appointment, be 45 years of age or 9 younger. 10 S 2.
