          printed to be committed to the Committee on Health
        AN ACT to repeal  certain  provisions  of  the  public  health  law,  in
          relation to hospital assessments
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Section 2807-d of the public health law is REPEALED.
     2    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
