AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to
providing for lifetime sportsman license for honorably discharged,
disabled veterans
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1 Section 1. Subdivision 1 of section 11-0702 of the environmental
2 conservation law, as amended by chapter 507 of the laws of 2010, is
3 amended to read as follows:
4 1. There are hereby created the following lifetime hunting, fishing,
5 trapping, archery and muzzle-loading licenses and fees therefor subject
6 to the same privileges and obligations of a comparable short term
7 license:
8 Licenses Fees
9 a. Lifetime sportsman
10 license and turkey
11 permit. If purchased,
12 for a child four years
13 of age or younger $380.00
14 for a child age five through
15 eleven years of age $535.00
16 for a person age twelve through
17 sixty-nine years of age $765.00

12 license for a person age
13 sixty-nine or younger. $460.00
14 d. Lifetime fishing license
15 for a person age seventy

17 e. Lifetime trapping

19 f. Lifetime archery
20 stamp. $235.00
21 g. Lifetime muzzle-
22 loading stamp. $235.00
23 h. Lifetime recreational
24 marine fishing license. $150.00
25 i. Lifetime combination fishing
26 and recreational marine fishing
27 license. $450.00
28 j. For transfer to a person pursuant
29 to section 11-0704 of this title. $50.00
30 The holder of a lifetime small and big game license or fishing license
31 may, at any time, convert such license to a lifetime sportsman license
32 and turkey permit for an additional fee equal to the existing differen-
33 tial.
34 S 2. This act shall take effect on the same date and in the same
35 manner as section 3 of chapter 507 of the laws of 2010, takes effect.
