Senate Resolution No. 2943

        CONCURRENT  RESOLUTION  OF  THE  SENATE AND ASSEMBLY
        providing for the election of  six  Regents  of  the
        University of the State of New York

  WHEREAS,  The  term  of one Regent of the University of the State of
New York elected At Large and the terms of the Regents of the University
of New York from the second, fourth, eighth, ninth  and  tenth  Judicial
Districts  expire  on  the  thirty-first  day  of  March in the year two
thousand twenty; and

  RESOLVED, if the (&HOUSE concur), That pursuant to the provisions of
section  202  of  the  education  law,  the  vacancies  created  by  the
expiration  of  these  terms are hereby filled by concurrent resolution;
and

  RESOLVED, That Dr. Kathleen M. Cashin of  the  county  of  Kings  be
re-elected  Regent  of  the University of the State of New York from the
second Judicial District for a term of  five  years  commencing  on  the
first day of April in the year two thousand twenty; and

  RESOLVED, That Beverly L. Ouderkirk of the county of St. Lawrence be
re-elected  Regent  of  the University of the State of New York from the
fourth Judicial District for a term of  five  years  commencing  on  the
first day of April in the year two thousand twenty; and

  RESOLVED, That Dr. Catherine Fisher Collins of the county of Erie be
re-elected  Regent  of  the University of the State of New York from the
eighth Judicial District for a term of  five  years  commencing  on  the
first day of April in the year of two thousand twenty; and

  RESOLVED,  That Dr. Frances G. Wills of the county of Westchester be
elected Regent of the University of the State of New York from the ninth
Judicial District for a term of five years commencing on the  first  day
of April in the year of two thousand twenty; and

  RESOLVED, That Roger B. Tilles of the county of Nassau by re-elected
Regent  of  the  University  of  the  State  of  New York from the tenth
Judicial District for a term of five years commencing on the  first  day
of April in the year two thousand twenty; and

  RESOLVED,  That  Dr. Lester W. Young, Jr. of the county of Queens be
re-elected At Large a Regent of the University of the State of New  York
for  a  term  of  five years commencing on the first day of April in the
year two thousand twenty.
