        Introduced  by  COMMITTEE  ON RULES -- (at request of M. of A. L. Rosen-
          thal) -- read once and referred to the Committee on Social Services

        AN ACT to amend the social services law, in relation to requiring social
          service's applications to be made available online

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1.  Subdivision 2 of section 20 of the social services law is
     2  amended by adding a new paragraph (d) to read as follows:
     3    (d) make publicly available online on  the  department's  website  any
     4  application required pursuant to a provision of this chapter.
     5    § 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
