          tee on Ways and Means -- committee discharged, bill  amended,  ordered

        AN  ACT  to  amend chapter 367 of the laws of 2013 relating to a certain
          agreement for a payment in lieu of taxes, in relation to the  applica-
          tion thereof
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 367 of the laws of 2013 relating to  a
     2  certain  agreement  for a payment in lieu of taxes is amended to read as
     3  follows:
     4    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  only  apply  to
     5  taxable  years  beginning  on and after January 1, 2009 and ending on or
     6  before December 31, [2012] 2015.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
         EXPLANATION--Matter in italics (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                              [ ] is old law to be omitted.
