       AN ACT to amend chapter 371 of the laws  of  2009  amending  the  public
         health  law  relating to the residential care off-site facility demon-
         stration project, in relation to extending the effectiveness thereof
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.  Section 2 of chapter 371 of the laws of 2009 amending the
    2  public health law relating to the  residential  care  off-site  facility
    3  demonstration project is amended to read as follows:
    4    S  2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire June 30,
    5  [2012] 2015 when upon such date the provisions  of  this  act  shall  be
    6  deemed repealed.
    7    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
