        Introduced  by M. of A. LUPARDO -- read once and referred to the Commit-
          tee on Agriculture
        AN ACT to amend the agriculture and markets  law,  in  relation  to  the
          sale,  distribution, transportation and processing of industrial hemp;
          and repealing certain provisions of such law relating thereto
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1. Section 507 of the agriculture and markets law is REPEALED
     2  and a new section 507 is added to read as follows:
     3    § 507. Sale, distribution, transportation and processing.   The  sale,
     4  distribution,  transportation  or processing of industrial hemp grown or
     5  cultivated pursuant to this article  within  or  outside  the  state  is
     6  permitted.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
