          tee on Codes

        AN ACT to repeal certain provisions of the criminal procedure law relat-
          ing to persons who are police officers

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Paragraph (l) of subdivision 34  of  section  1.20  of  the
     2  criminal procedure law is REPEALED.
     3    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
