       AN  ACT  to  repeal  subdivision 8 of section 4-104 of the election law,
         relating to the amount paid to lease a polling station
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.  Subdivision  8  of  section  4-104 of the election law is
    2  REPEALED and subdivision 9 is renumbered subdivision 8.
    3    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

                             [ ] is old law to be omitted.
