        Introduced by M. of A. PAULIN -- read once and referred to the Committee
          on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions

        AN  ACT  to  amend  chapter 333 of the laws of 2018 amending the general
          business law relating to the one-call notification system, in relation
          to making such provisions permanent; and to repeal certain  provisions
          of such chapter relating thereto

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Section 9 of chapter 333 of the laws of 2018  amending  the
     2  general  business  law  relating to the one-call notification system, is
     3  amended to read as follows:
     4    § 9. This act shall take effect on the one hundred eightieth day after
     5  it shall have become a law[; provided, however, that  section  three  of
     6  this  act  shall expire and be deemed repealed October 1, 2021 when upon
     7  such date section four of this act shall take effect; provided, further,
     8  however, that sections five, seven and eight of this  act  shall  expire
     9  and be deemed repealed October 1, 2021].
    10    § 2. Section 4 of chapter 333 of the laws of 2018 amending the general
    11  business law relating to the one-call notification system is REPEALED.
    12    § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
