       AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to hunt-
         ing in the county of Schuyler
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Item (i) of paragraph a of subdivision 2 of section 11-0907
    2  of the environmental conservation law, as amended by section 12 of chap-
    3  ter 483 of the laws of 2010, is amended to read as follows:
    4  (i) The counties of       Deer and bear, the      Pistol, shotgun,
    5    Allegany,               first Monday after      crossbow,
    6    Cattaraugus,            November 15 through     muzzle loading
    7    Chenango, Herkimer,     first Tuesday after     firearm, rifle or
    8    Montgomery, Oneida,     December 7              long bow only
    9    Oswego, Otsego,
   10    Schoharie, SCHUYLER and
   11    Tioga
   12    and that portion of
   13    the county of
   14    Broome east of the
   15    Susquehanna river
   16  S 2. Item (i) of paragraph a of subdivision 2 of section 11-0907 of  the
   17  environmental  conservation  law, as added by chapter 600 of the laws of
   18  2005, is amended to read as follows:
        EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                             [ ] is old law to be omitted.

   13  S  3.  This  act  shall take effect immediately; provided, however, that
   14  section one of this act shall take effect on the same date as section 12
   15  of chapter 483 of the laws of 2010 takes effect; and shall be subject to
   16  the expiration and reversion as provided in section 17 of such  chapter;
   17  and provided further that the amendments to paragraph a of subdivision 2
   18  of section 11-0907 of the environmental conservation law made by section
   19  two  of  this act shall take effect on the same date as the reversion of
   20  paragraph a of subdivision 2 of section  11-0907  of  the  environmental
   21  conservation law as provided in section 13 of chapter 600 of the laws of
   22  1993,  as  amended, or section 17 of chapter 483 of the laws of 2010, as
   23  amended, whichever is later.
