CALHOUN -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to adding the Wallkill river to the definition of inland waterways THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu- 2 tive law, as separately amended by chapters 9 and 184 of the laws of 3 2010, is amended to read as follows: 4 (b) the state's major rivers comprised of the Ausable, Black, Boquet, 5 Canisteo, Chaumont (including Chaumont bay), Chemung, Cohocton, Dela- 6 ware, Deer, Genesee, Grasse, Hudson north of the federal dam at Troy, 7 Indian, Little (in the Adirondack park), Little Salmon (including north 8 and south branches), Mad, Mettowee, Mohawk, Oswegatchie, Racquette, 9 Salmon, Saranac, Susquehanna, Tioga [and], Tioughnioga AND WALLKILL 10 rivers, and the north and middle branches of the Moose river; 11 S 2.
