       AN ACT to authorize the village of Oyster Bay Cove, town of Oyster  Bay,
         county  of  Nassau  to  expend  trust  funds for the construction of a
         village hall and police headquarters
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the village of
    2  Oyster Bay Cove, town of Oyster Bay, county of Nassau is hereby  author-
    3  ized to expend trust funds from the recreation site and improvement fund
    4  of  such  village  for the purpose of construction of a Village Hall and
    5  Police Headquarters. Such expenditure of trust funds shall  be  made  by
    6  majority vote of the board of trustees of the village of Oyster Bay Cove
    7  and shall not exceed a total of $955,851.
    8    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
