        Introduced by M. of A. ABBATE -- read once and referred to the Committee
          on Codes
        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  criminal procedure law, in relation to granting
          police officer status to certain employees of  the  Triborough  bridge
          and  tunnel  authority;  and  to repeal certain provisions of such law
          relating thereto
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1.  Subdivision  34 of section 1.20 of the criminal procedure
     2  law is amended by adding a new paragraph (w) to read as follows:
     3    (w) Bridge and tunnel  officers,  sergeants  and  lieutenants  of  the
     4  Triborough bridge and tunnel authority.
     5    §  2.  Subdivision 20 of section 2.10 of the criminal procedure law is
     6  REPEALED.
     7    § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
