       AN  ACT  to amend section 9 of part AA of chapter 60 of the laws of 2011
         amending the environmental conservation  law,  relating  to  saltwater
         recreational  fishing  registrations,  in relation to making permanent
         the registration requirements for recreational saltwater fishing
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.  Section  9  of  part AA of chapter 60 of the laws of 2011
    2  amending the  environmental  conservation  law,  relating  to  saltwater
    3  recreational fishing registrations, is amended to read as follows:
    4    S  9.  This act shall take effect immediately [and shall expire and be
    5  deemed repealed December 31, 2013].
    6    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
