Bill Title: Creates a conservation easement agreement exemption; allows certain towns whose interests or rights have been acquired for the purpose of an open space or an open area, shall be partially exempt from local real property taxation, provided that the owner enter into a conservation easement agreement; provides that, by vote of the town board, a town may opt out of such exemption.
