Section 11-0706 of the environmental conservation law, as 2 amended by section 22 of part R of chapter 58 of the laws of 2013, is 3 amended to read as follows: 4 S 11-0706. Gift cards for hunting and fishing licenses. 5 1. The commissioner [is authorized to establish] SHALL PROMULGATE 6 RULES AND REGULATIONS ESTABLISHING gift cards for the licenses and 7 bowhunting and muzzle-loading privileges set forth in section 11-0701 of 8 this title. 9 2. For the purposes of this title, the term "gift card" shall mean a 10 restricted monetary equivalent or voucher that, when redeemed by the 11 holder, entitles such person to a valid license or bowhunting and/or 12 muzzle-loading privilege as set forth in section 11-0701 of this title. 13 S 2.
