       AN ACT to amend the insurance law, in relation to rate filings for home-
         owner's insurance policies
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Paragraphs 11, 12 and 13 of subsection (b) of section  2305
    2  of  the  insurance law, paragraphs 11 and 12 as amended by chapter 11 of
    3  the laws of 2008 and paragraph 13 as amended by chapter 136 of the  laws
    4  of 2008, are amended and a new paragraph 14 is added to read as follows:
    5    (11)  credit  property  insurance,  as defined in section two thousand
    6  three hundred forty of this article; [and]
    7    (12) gap insurance;
    8    (13) [Private]  PRIVATE  passenger  automobile  insurance,  except  as
    9  provided in section two thousand three hundred fifty of this article[.];
   10  AND
   11    (14)  HOMEOWNER'S  INSURANCE POLICIES AND SUBSEQUENT CALCULATIONS USED
   12  TO DETERMINE THE INCREASED VALUE OF  DWELLING  LIMITS  FOR  PURPOSES  OF
   13  DETERMINING DWELLING PROTECTION COVERAGE.
   14    S  2.  This  act shall take effect on the ninetieth day after it shall
   15  have become a law.
