Bill Title: Authorizes the commissioner of agriculture and markets to inspect and test, either personally or through his agents, optical scanning devices and systems used to scan the price or determine the identity of commodities or other things sold, in order to ascertain if such devices and systems are correct and are being used correctly; adds optical scanning devices and systems to the existing provisions authorizing inspection and testing of weights and measures, weighing and measuring devices and systems, and accessories relating thereto.
