Bill Title: Directs the division of criminal justice services, in cooperation with the state administrator of the unified court system, to notify the victim of certain felons of the felon's name change at the most current address or telephone number provided by such victim in the most reasonable and expedient possible manner, or if the victim cannot be located or is deceased, notify the victim's immediate family, if possible.
