Bill Title: Prohibits the driving of motor vehicles or motorcycles in bicycle lanes and paths in a city with a population of one million or more; provides for a fine of $75; provides a conviction shall not be made part of the operating record of the person upon whom such liability is imposed and shall not be used for insurance purposes in the provision of motor vehicle insurance coverage.
