Summary

Relates to compensation, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment of certain members of the security supervisors unit who are employed by the state department of correctional services and are designated as peace officers, to the employee benefit fund for certain members of the security supervisors unit; provides for the payment of a firearms training and safety incentive for peace officers who are members of the professional, scientific and professional services bargaining unit; implements an interest arbitration award issued between the state and the employee organization representing certain members of the security supervisors unit; makes an appropriation for the purpose of effectuating certain provisions thereof; repeals certain provisions of the civil service law relating thereto.
