Prohibits the sale and distribution of sexual performance dietary supplements or foods containing an unsafe sexual performance food additive; establishes penalties for violations; requires the department of agriculture and markets to perform inspections and the department of health to provide information on products on its website; requires the department of agriculture and markets to implement an outreach program to inform wholesalers, manufacturers, and retailers of the ban on sexual performance dietary supplements and food additives.
