Summary

To secure first passage of a concur- rent resolution to amend Article XIV, Section 1 of the New York State Constitution authorizing the State to convey title to 80 acres of State Forest Preserve land to the Hatchbrook Sportsman's Club for purposes of improved access in exchange for 480 acres of wild forest land within the Adirondack Park for addition into the State Forest Preserve.
