Summary
Establishes temporary retirement benefit incentives for certain public employees for the fiscal year 2010-2011; provides additional service credit for certain members of NYS&LERS, NYSTRS, NYCTRS, NYCBERS and NYCERS; eliminates the early retirement reductions at 25 years of service instead of at 30 years of service for retirement during a specified 90 period for Tier 2, 3 and 4 members of such retirement systems.
