Summary
This bill authorizes the sale and conveyance of state property formerly known as the Buffalo Psychiatric Center from the State Office of Mental Health to the Richardson Center Corporation to meet the needs of the reuse for this property that was initially advanced in 2006 through an allocation of $76.5 million in state funds.
