Summary

The purpose of this bill is to enable New York State institutions of higher education to obtain special permits to exempt schools and educators from the alcoholic beverage law, provided that a person's tasting or imbibing such alcoholic beverages is based on instructional purposes, by those who are enrolled in a class or course of classes authorized by the institution of higher education.
