Summary

This bill enables consumers and producers of agricultural products to cost effectively access information relating to the effects of genetically modified organisms on human health, agricultural production and the natural environment; and provides farmers with objective information that enables market-based measures to prevent genetic drift and contamination of crops and the food supply with unwanted genetically altered life forms.
